Every season, every show, it’s the same. Or is it? Reduced to a silhouette, the runway show becomes mysterious, an enigma.

“The Landscape of Fashion” was an archival display of a long and varied body of work, with photos centered on travel and fashion. Drawing inspiration from runway images, coordinating travel imagery was selected to correspond to mood, palette, and scale.
Set within a two-bedroom suite at the Andaz 5th Avenue, the space featured sweeping views of Bryant Park, the New York Public Library, and the Empire State Building. Detailed scentscapes were provided by diptyque paris to augment the sensory experience, and one hundred black Baccara roses flown in from Ecuador filled the space.
