Griddle Cafe, on the border of Hollywood and WeHo, is home to my favorite brunch in all of Los Angeles. And by brunch, I mean pancakes. Massive, size-of-the-plate-and-your-torso pancakes. A stack will set you back about $10, and while that may sound pricey, you could comfortably split a stack between two or four people. My favorite are the Sow Your Oats, a delicious blend of oats, honey, and cinnamon that requires nothing more than the whipped butter it comes with. But, with well over twenty varieties to choose from, the choice is yours. Griddle does have a wide variety on its menu, and if sweet isn’t your fancy, I recommend the Tequila Sunrise, a Southwestern egg dish with refried beans, cheese, and savory sauces.
