Not a lot in life is plain old up front and honest, but Fajitas and ‘Ritas in Boston is one of the few that is. This place is about fajitas and margaritas, and that’s just that. Located in the Downtown Crossing area of the city, it’s not too far from the Commons and is pretty easy to get to from just about anywhere. And the titular draw is totally worth it.

Margaritas are one of my favorites, and Fajitas and ‘Ritas does them up rather delicious. You order them by the carafe (or at least I do…) and they always have several flavors to choose from — I always go for the Strawberry, or get a swirl of the Strawberry and the Regular. Delicious. There’s usually a wildcard flavor that’s a tropical fruit, so if that’s your thing, live dangerously (but drink responsibly, duh).

The fajitas are tasty, and I’ve never been disappointed when eating here. You can order a skillet to share, and you’re served a bounty of meat and veggies, though I usually end up having to order more fajitas — just ask nicely and they’re happy to bring more over, nice and toasty.
