I was looking for a new cleanser and this was recommended to me, so I tried it out — and what a pleasant surprise it was! Formulated without synthetic fragrances, dyes, petrochemicals, sulfates, or a bunch of other nasties, this is a vegetable-based face wash that clears your skin and leaves your skin feeling super clean and silky, but not tight or stripped.

Wet your hands and face and apply a little bit of product. It’s white and luminescent and it lathers up a little bit — apply all over your face as you normally do, rinse, and you’re good to go.

While it says it’s a foam, since this is a vegetable-based product, and doesn’t contain sulfates, you’re not going to get that super rich, explosive lather — but that’s a good thing! Tons of foam generally means there’s a lot of sulfates in the product, which are damaging to your skins natural balance — sulfates are chemical degreasers, better used on the kitchen floor, not your face.

The scent reminds me of eucalyptus, without being overwhelming, and my skin really did feel amazing after I used this product. Almost like I had used glycerin soap, which is one of my favorites for hands. After using this cleanser my skin felt super clean but also conditioned and cared for, which is a great way to start, or wrap, your day.
