Change It Up: Green Shorts and Burgundy Top

The city swelter means quick and easy options are critical, and these days it’s jorts and tank top weather. While I might be dressed down for the daytime when I’m running around town to meetings, the gym, and picking up equipment, at night is when I want to change things up. Here the idea was keeping things cool and comfortable with shorts and a short sleeve polo, but upping the game just a bit with an unexpected color palette, and an out-there pair of creepers. Shorts don’t have to always be basic. Likewise, the shoes are a great place to spice things up in the summer. Although creepers might be more of a fall staple, doing them in white with a fun geometric pattern means they’re more summery and a bit lighter. Not one to normally wear white, the shoes are a great place to incorporate the color — just be a little extra cautious when you’re out and about.
